What does culture mean to you?

For me it means a way of being and acting. I would like to see a culture of inclusiveness and respect for others.

As we explore the questions and issues that are raised in this forum I would like to ensure that this space is safe for us all to express our opinions in an open and appreciative way.

I would prefer if we did not use company names or name individuals when we discuss matters of safety. However if there are serious potential consequences of acts or ommissions in your work place no matter who is at fault we would like you to feel you can bring these to the forum for discussion and if nessasary we will assist you to bring the matter to the attention of the regulator in a way that protects you and other individuals from victimisation.

I would prefer that the language we use is respectful and does not include swear words, although I am open to others interpretation of what constitutes a swear word. For me, if it is in the dictionary and is being used in context, it's ok.

What do you think?

Regardless of Culture its about mutual respect and Accountability for our actions

I agree with not using Company names as there is always three sides to a story and we dont want to get involved in things that should be sorted with Management.

We must enforce Regulatory standards and this is the place to discuss

cheers all
